PS4MH is a new initiative which aims to promote and share information among mental health peer support groups in Brighton, Hove and across Sussex.
Who are we? We are the groups that you see listed on the left, getting together to:

Provide a web page for each group
- Share information between groups
- Pool resources
- Meet in person every two months
- Aid understanding of what other groups do
Information that we may share could relate to things such as:
- Sources of funding
- Training
- Meeting spaces
- Promotion
- Ethical practice
